The bus will depart from the Lansdowne Town Center 3 1/2 hours prior to game time. Please keep in mind that this bus is not limited to Lansdowne residents. We will leave on time each week so do not be late. In order to make this a fun and reliable service we have to stick to the schedule. We hope you understand. What happens if I miss the bus from Lansdowne? If you miss the bus you will be responsible for your own transportation if you still decide to attend the game. No refunds will be given. If you give 72 hours notice of cancellation then you will receive 100% refund. What time does the bus leave FedEx Field? The bus will leave FedEx Field 30 minutes after the game is over. If we have everyone on the bus earlier then we will leave earlier. If you do not plan on returning to Lansdowne after the game, PLEASE let us know so that we will not worry about you! What happens if I miss the bus from FedEx Field? Thirty minutes is plenty of time to reach the bus from anywhere in the stadium so we do not anticipate leaving anyone behind. However if you miss the bus, you will be responsible for your return trip to Lansdowne. We will take a roll call on the return to make sure we have everyone. If we are missing anyone we will make reasonable efforts to find you. However, please be aware that cell phone coverage at FedEx Field is limited. What if I cannot find the bus after the game? We typically park in the same location every week. We are always in the bus lot located near the G Gates at FedEx Field. Always observe where you are and pick out a point of reference. Also remember the section of the stadium you entered. How do I cancel my reservation? For a full refund you must cancel 72 hours before game time. To cancel your reservation, send an email to info@skinsbus.com AND call 703.622.6875 to speak with Mike. Leave a message if no one answers. If you cancel within 72 hours of game time, you will forfeit your money.
How do I book a reservation on the bus? Click on "Reserve Seat" and fill out the info required. Paypal is the preferred method of payment and will guarantee your seat(s) on the bus. Seat reservations are First PAID First SERVED. There is plenty of parking at the Lansdowne Town Center. Upon our return, if you have been drinking, PLEASE ask someone to drive you home or pick you up! What is the "atmosphere"of the skins bus? It's game day and we encourage everyone to have fun! Please keep in mind that this bus is not limited to Lansdowne residents. The skins bus is family friendly. Families with children are likely to be on the bus so please mind your manners and watch your language. On the other hand, feel free to lead "Hail to the Redskins" at your leisure! Are refreshments provided? Can we bring our own? Yes, refreshments are provided and you are welcome to bring your own. We ask, for space reasons, that you not bring hard coolers on the bus. You are welcome to bring a small cooler that will fit under your seat. We will have coolers on the front of the bus with refreshments. You are welcome to load the coolers up with anything you would like chilled for the way home. Be prepared to share! I cannot make the game this week but have tickets, can you help? We will make every effort to sell your tickets on the bus. If we cannot sell them on the bus we will make reasonable efforts to sell them at the stadium. However we will not ask more than the ticket face value, meaning the price on the ticket itself. We will give you a credit for a future bus ride or give you any cash we received for your seats! Contact Mike at 703.622.6875 if you have tickets to sell. I have extra tickets, can I try to sell them on the bus? Yes! We can refer you to a ticket broker, you can look at craigslist.com, stubhub.com, or buy them at the stadium. From personal experience, it isn't that hard to get tickets at the stadium, just be prepared with cash! Once you reserve your seat, we will notify you if the bus is full. If we get enough commitments we will run a second bus! The bus typically parks in the stadium parking lot in the bus lot located near the G Gate, just a short walk from the entrance to the stadium. What happens if the bus is cancelled? In the event that we do not have enough interest in the bus for a particular game, we will notify you within 72 hours prior to game time. Your money will be fully refunded. Disclaimer: The skins bus is family friendly; please respect other passengers on the bus. Beer is available to anyone over the age of 21 - if drinking alcohol, please be responsible and do not drink and drive. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the chartering of this bus or organization of this event. We are merely organizers of these events, we are not agents of the bus company and the bus company is not our agent. By riding on the bus, you are expressly waiving your right to sue us. |
